TOT workshop of the Teachers of primary schools of Korça and Pogradec on “How to Green their schools?”

The training took place in Korca in 8-10 May, 2014 and brought together 16 teachers from Korca and Pogradec primary schools. Training tought teachers on 6 steps on ” How to be come a green school ?”. This training followed the content of the manual which contains 3 chapters. First chapter is covering three environmental themes upon which the school should work: water, energy and waste. Training provided theory background on the topics as well as activities of how to teach the pupils on a creative and amusing way. Ttraining covered “Six step methodology” on how to become a green school, which is an international methodology upon which 52 other countries are working all over the world. The third part assisted the teachers to work with the eco-clubs and how to make their activities ‘visible’, including media work and other tools for visibility.
